  • Payment must be completed before access to downloads is provided

Payments are securely processed via third-party providers (e.g. Wix Payments, Stripe, PayPal). We do not store payment details.

 

6. Delivery

Upon successful payment, products will be delivered via:

Delivery is typically immediate, but delays may occur due to technical issues.

 

7. Refunds & Returns (Digital Products)

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds or returns are offered once the product has been delivered or downloaded

  • Agree to waive any right to cancellation under applicable consumer laws (including EU/UK cooling-off period for digital content once delivery begins)

If you experience technical issues (e.g. corrupted files), we will provide support and re-delivery where appropriate.

All content remains the intellectual property of AWL SynthCraft.

  • Sound design

  • Branding

  • Graphics

  • Text

is owned by AWL SynthCraft and protected by copyright laws.

Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

 

10. Demo Content Disclaimer

Any audio or video demos are provided for illustration purposes only.

  • Backing tracks or additional audio used in demos are not included unless explicitly stated

  • The purpose of demos is to showcase the sounds in context

 

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AWL SynthCraft shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of data, profits, or business

  • Incompatibility issues with your equipment

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
