The AWL Synthcraft The Dark Side of the Moon Sound Pack is a premium, performance-ready sound library for Korg Kronos, created for live keyboard players who want authentic album-inspired sounds without spending hours programming Programs, Combinations, splits, layers and performance setups from scratch.

Designed and programmed by Andrea Loiero, founder and sound designer of AWL Synthcraft, the library recreates the essential keyboard, organ and synthesizer textures associated with Pink Floyd’s The Dark Side of the Moon using the native synthesis engines of the Korg Kronos.

It includes 20 custom Programs, 9 performance-ready Combinations and a dedicated AWL_TDSOTM Set List arranged for performing the album in sequence.

Installation is straightforward: the complete Kronos sound library runs from a single PCG file. No KSC files or sample installation are required.

ALBUM-ORDERED SET LIST

A dedicated AWL_TDSOTM Set List provides access to the nine performances in album order, creating a clear workflow for rehearsals, live shows and complete album performances.

SOUND DESIGN

The collection includes Wurlitzer, Hammond and Farfisa-style keyboard sounds together with synth leads, synth basses and the original AWL Synthcraft On the Run arpeggiated sequence.

All keyboard sounds have been programmed from scratch using the native synthesis engines of the Korg Kronos.

All Programs, Combinations, performance layouts and sound design are original AWL Synthcraft creations by Andrea Loiero.

No sounds or samples have been taken from the original Pink Floyd recordings.

OPTIONAL ON THE RUN BACKING TRACK

On_The_Run_BTrack.wav is supplied as an optional backing track for use with a DAW or external playback device.

It is NOT part of the Korg Kronos installation and must not be loaded into the keyboard.

The optional WAV backing track was created entirely by AWL Synthcraft using analog synthesizers, software synthesizers and original sound design.

The Sound Pack itself functions entirely from the supplied PCG file.

Loading the PCG file will overwrite data currently stored in these locations.

Back up your Korg Kronos before loading.
